Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment, and 5 minutes before subsequent appointment times. Before your first appointment we will ask you to fill out a Confidential Health History that will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your permission. As a professional courtesy, 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. If less than 24-hour notice is given, the client will be responsible for the session fee.
