Scheduling Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment, and 5 minutes before subsequent appointment times. Before your first appointment I will ask you to fill out a Health History Form that will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your permission. You may download this form from the above link and bring it to your first session.
**Please give 24 hour notice for rescheduling.**

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available year-round. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please call or email me (see email form above) with the quantity and the length of session you would like. We can arrange payment through the mail if necessary. You may also send a check and information to:
