"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Background
Danielle has been involved in athletics throughout her life.  Her competitive training in gymnastics, soccer, cross-country and track fueled her interest in the human body and its mechanics of movement.  Her interest in figure drawing further enhanced her appreciation for the human form.  She became interested in massage therapy during her recovery from a long-term athletic injury through bodywork and chiropractic care.

Specialties
Danielle currently practices at A Lebro Center for Well Being in Kittery, Maine.  Danielle specializes in a variety of therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques including deep tissue massage, Craniosacral Therapy, neuromuscular technique, Swedish massage, and Muscle Release Techniquesm.  She offers individualized flexibility training to her clients to enhance recovery and create efficiency of movement.
Danielle works a wide variety of clients.  She gives demonstrations and trainings to local groups and businesses and has taught flexibility sessions to several athletic teams in the area.

Other Interests
Danielle loves nature and the outdoors and enjoys many activities including soccer, yoga, hiking, and bicycling.   Drawing, painting, and music also fill her life, and she still considers herself an aspiring rock star.  Danielle also loves to travel with her husband.  She counts some of her favorite experiences as running blindly from a hippo in Africa, and watching fresh hot lava form before her eyes in Hawaii.
